President & CFO
Since its inception in 2002, Hal R. Samuelson has owned his role as BeyondROI's President and CFO. His financial insight has been invaluable to the growth of our company and the individual triumphs of our clients. Guided by the principal, "The success of an enterprise providing goods and services to client companies will not survive without a healthy return on their investment," he enforces policies that put our clients first and foremost.In addition to providing his valuable strategic counsel and support, Hal works closely with our technology department, exceptional is his expertise in computer controls and assessments relative to network, WAN, web, application and operating system security. Alongside the prevention of security threats like hacking, Samuelson recommends further controls to ensure clients can depend on foolproof online transactions. As a project manager, he excels at systems selection, data conversion and tailoring custom-designed e-commerce solutions to meet specific client requirements.
Prior to BeyondROI, Samuelson spent nearly a decade as Enterprise Risk Services Group Manager at Deloitte & Touche, where he brought cost-effective operational and business solutions to Fortune 500 clients. Notables included Merrill Lynch, Loews, Cendant, Federated Department Stores, Estee Lauder Companies, Comverse Technology and Office Depot. Formerly, Samuelson had been conditioned for operational management at Macy's Executive Training Program.
As an associate member of the Interactive Agency Bureau's (IAB) Measurement Task Force, Samuelson continues to help develop standards in metrics and the auditing of Internet advertising. The agency was created with the goal of facilitating a universal set of measuring protocols in interactive marketing. Additionally, Samuelson is a certified risk professional and active within the United Way.
Samuelson earned his Master's Degree in Business Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Economics at Adelphi University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Finance at Ithaca College.
