BeyondROI founder and CEO Richard J. Pollack created our company on a single premise: Assemble a world-class team of interactive marketing and technology professionals to consult, develop and deliver to its clients the right service at the right time, with one goal in mind — maximum return on their e-marketing investment.Richard's capacity for forecasting digital marketing trends and technology concepts has enabled him to help BeyondROI become the leading innovator within the e-marketing world. By fostering a culture of encouragement and entrepreneurship within, he oversees extensive product development, partner channels and the overall strategy of the company.
Previously, Richard served as Vice President of Business Development for Monster.com, where his team consulted Global 2000 companies on Internet recruitment and advertising.
Prior to Monster, he earned the coveted position of top-tiered Internet advertising consultant at DoubleClick, where his clients excelled in the areas of brand development, website performance and marketing strategies.
Preceding his leap to the online business world, Richard spent over eight years on Wall Street in investment banking management positions, including his role as president of a privately held investment bank. He helped the company expand internationally and raised over $100 million to fund companies through capital markets.
Richard is as engaged in the community as he is in business, serving as a member of the IAB Search Committee, eWeek Advisory Panel, American Marketing Association, South Florida Technology Alliance and the Strategic Alliance Group of Business Leaders. Additionally, he is an honored member of Empire's "Who's Who." He also serves as president for the JSP Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing books and musical instruments to underprivileged children.
